Why are my dashboards not showing correctly?

If you are having issues with your MVP portal with it showing some badly formatted screens please read this.


Some browsers are configured in such a way that a key component in the way your portal looks is causing issues. You may see something like the below.

As you can see the formatting has caused your dashboards to be unreadable.


The issue might be something called javascript, and we potentially need to change some settings with this within your browser to solve the issue.


Some IT departments intentionally disable Java/JavaScript. 


Or potentially you may need the latest version of your browser. If you are using chrome you can go here. https://www.google.com/chrome/update/


Also, you should allow Javascript by following the below steps:
 
#1 - Click on the little padlock in the top left of your browser when you are in the portal (app.mvpanalytics.co).

#2 - Click on site settings

#3 - Scroll down until you see a row call Javascript. Click on the dropdown and choose either Allow (default) or just Allow.

There is no need to save anything, your browser will do that for you.


 

#4- It will ask you if you would like to reload the page. Click Reload

Hopefully, that will have solved your issue.


If not you may have a browser extension that may need to be disabled.
