What are the task tiles in my dashboard for?

Here we explain what tasks are in your dashboard, what they mean, and why you should complete them.


When you have completed the first steps of creating your account you will see a list of tasks sitting on your homepage.

The tasks have been created to help you to get the most from your account. And by completing the tasks you will be able to access everything you need.


During your free trial, you start with 14 days for free before we ask for payment details. If you complete the tasks during the onboarding process you may have added up to an extra 7 days to that trial period! 


Inviting your athletes early will give them time to accept the connection request that is sent out. 

Having your athletes set up their profiles in necessary and will help you to get the most from your account. 


Inviting athletes

Invite your athletes and you will be able to assign them to groups, add to sessions, share calendars and send messages. Click here for more information.


Inviting coaches/staff

Invite staff to manage athletes, create events, monitor wellness/workload, analyse performance data, and scout for future talent.


Upgrading

Upgrade your account and assign licenses to staff. Our fair pricing means you will only pay for the licenses that are active.


Creating groups of athletes

Create groups of athletes (1st XI, Forwards, U18) to quickly and easily add athletes to events, send messages, and more. Read more about groups here

Create groups of staff (1st & 2nd Team) to quickly and easily manage accounts, add staff to events, send messages, and more.


Creating events
