We have created a special score that ranks you. Find out more about the ranking in this article.
The MVP Score is a way to quickly understand where you are as an athlete across multiple areas.
The maximum score you can have is 100 points.
Your score reflects the ranks you have achieved in all your tests combined.
So for example, Alison Armstrong is a 15-year-old female footballer who has achieved the following ranks when compared to all girls of her age regardless of sport.
Power (vertical jump) - Top 8% (92 points)
Speed (20m linear) - Top 12% (88 points)
Agility (5-10-5 pro agility) - Top 47% (63 points)
92+88+63 = 237 points in total
237 / 3 = MVP Score of 81.
Alison can see now that to get herself close to the magical 100-point score she needs to work on her agility. She will be able to analyse this information further in her personal profile, and put plans in place to achieve her goal alongside her coaches.
