Now choose either "Testing Day Ranks" if you have been tested by MVP to easily check your results or tap benchmarking if you want a little more detail and perhaps check other tests.

You are ranked against people of your own age and gender of all the people MVP has tested over the years (over 10,000 athletes!) to show what your strong points are and the areas that you should focus on to improve.

To find out more about the tests we do and the measurements we take please take a look at this article

Now you will see some dials that show your best result in each of the tests and your ranking in blue.

Analytics-MVP-Analytics (14)

Light Blue - The main area to focus on to improve. You have ranked in the lower 25% of all the athletes we have tested of your age and gender.

Blue - There are some small improvements to be made and you have ranked in the middle 50% of all the athletes we have tested of your age and gender.

Dark Blue - Keep going, a real strength of yours! You have ranked in the top 25% of all athletes we have tested of your age and gender!

You can change the tests as you wish by clicking the dropdown above each dial. (We have defaulted the dials at the most common tests for you)
