The majority of our events will be held in highly controlled indoor conditions and we recommend you bring a tracksuit to warm up and cool down in. Taking part in an event there are no rules to apply but we recommend trainers, shorts, and T-shirts, athletes should feel free to wear whatever they are most comfortable in. We also recommend bringing a sweat towel.
NB: If an event is held outside or under different conditions you will be given at least 24 hours notice.
