A guide to your settings pages

Modified on Wed, 22 Jun, 2022 at 1:02 AM

Take a look through this guide if you have any queries about our settings pages.

After clicking the settings cog you will find yourself here

Clicking Athletes in the grey menu will bring up the list of athletes in your institute.

Athletes in grey have not yet activated their accounts. You cannot add test data to inactive athletes, clicking select all, followed by the paper aeroplane circled in red will resend the invite to all inactive athletes. You can click a paper aeroplane inline with a specific athlete's name to send them an invite-only.

Clicking the blue circle allows you to check their email address and update this if it has changed, or was wrong initially.

The X within the green circle will remove an athlete from your institute.

All these features are identical on the staff page.

You cannot add data to an inactive athlete

Groups

If you need to create or update your athlete/staff groups you can do this from the settings page. Follow the guide Here

Test Forms

At MVP Analytics we have made your life a bit easier by creating over 100 templates for collecting testing information. You can make your own templates from the settings page or when creating an event. The purpose of this is to streamline your data collection, for example, in the 100m Sprint template you have the option to add 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 100m times, if you know you only need 10, 20 and 100m then you can create a custom view with only those three choices.

Here you can see the 100m template selected and 10, 20, and 100m have been moved across into the custom side. I've then chosen my own custom name '10,20,100m Sprint' and can click create to choose this for an event.

Questionnaires

Similarly, MVP Analytics has added plenty of questions you can include in a health and well-being questionnaire for your staff and athletes. You can select your own questions to build custom questionnaires in the settings page or whilst creating a new calendar event.

You can rearrange the order of questions so your athletes see them how you'd like them to.
