How do I make the most from my free athlete account?

In this article, we run through some of the top 3 tips on how you can use your free profile

We are committed to providing all the athletes within the teams we work with with the best information and education to help you unlock your potential. 


Below are 3 top tips to help you and guide you around your profile. 


#1. How to access your analytics/results

*Click the graph button as shown in the image to access your results

Then you can choose to view your results or look at some totally free educational advice.

*Click "Your Data" to get to the main menu


 

#2 -Viewing your results

Follow the below button on your main analytics homepage to view your "raw" test results.

You can always return to the main menu by clicking the "home button" in the top left or see a list of other pages by clicking the "menu" button on the left of the page.


Then you will see your results from the tests above.


You can filter them to show the ones you are most interested in by clicking the filter button

#3 - Ranking yourself

Following on from tips 1 and 2, you will see the main menu of your data in the system, just click follow the Athlete Ranks Button

Now you will see some dials that show your best result in each of the tests. You can change the tests as you wish by clicking the dropdown above each dial. (We have defaulted the dials at certain tests for you)



On the left, you will see some guidance on what the colours mean. You are ranked against people of your own age and gender of all the people MVP has tested over the years (over 10,000 athletes!) to show what your strong points are and the areas that you should focus on to improve.
