Changing your profile information

Your profile is going to be a very important weapon in your armoury as you develop.

MVP has big plans for your profile and we are going to give you all the tools you need to succeed!

Very simply you need to keep your profile up to date. Your school/club/team will keep adding validated data to your account that will show in your data analysis section but you can also update your profile image, your biography and your important personal information. 

You can access your information and edit it in the settings tab. 

This is a chance to personalise your account, getting it ready for the opportunities that are down the line for you now that you are a part of MVP! 

Your profile will be the window into your athletic ability, so step one is to choose a profile pic. It is very simple to do. Just upload an image that best represents you (we recommend something sporty like an action shot) and that's it! As long as you have that image file on your computer or on your phone you are good to go! 

By writing a comprehensive bio that showcases your talents you will be well on your way to a successful MVP'er! You will notice that there is plenty of text space so feel free to make it as long as you would like but remember that something factual, interesting and impactful will always go down well. 

Here is a good example from an athlete who plays a high level of basketball. 

"I am a strong guard and have a deadly 3-point shot and also a mid-range jump shot. I am lightning quick and can handle the ball very well. I have great athleticism and am a natural leader on the court. I also have great speed on the open court. I am a hard-nosed defender with solid lockdown defence, and great court vision and can handle the ball under pressure. I am a smart player while under pressure or in close game situations."
