We provide a glossary of terminology for all the tests and all the measurements you will see in your profile.

20m Sprint - 10m Split
The time at the halfway point during the 20m sprint test
20m Sprint - 20m Time
The total time it takes to complete the test
20m Sprint Momentum
This is a calculation of speed multiplied by bodyweight. It shows how much momentum is generated during the sprint. A higher momentum score will help during any physical contact with opponents.
5-10-5 Agility Time
The time that is taken to sprint 5m to the left, 10m to the right and 5m back to the start line
Change of direction deficit (CODD)
The difference between 20m sprint and agility time. Named because the total distance of the 5-10-5 is also 20m, meaning the difference between these two tests indicates how long it takes you to change direction. This number should be between 2 and 2.5, any less than two and you should work on your straight-line speed, you are using the speed you have well - so get more! Any higher than 2.5 and you cannot control the speed you have effect when turning, so work on your turning skills.
Vertical Jump - Height
The height in cm between the floor and the athlete's feet in the air at their highest point.
Isometric Mid Thigh Pull (IMTP)
Relative Strength - Our strength test involves a static pull on a bar, the measurement is in Newtons. This score is then divided by the athlete's mass to obtain a score relative to their body weight. It allows for a better comparison of pound-for-pound strength. The score is presented in N/kg
IMTP - True weight lifted
This score is the total number of kg pulled during the test.
DSI (Dynamic Strength Index)
The ratio between force produced during the IMTP test and the jump test. The optimum is 0.8. If under 0.7 you should be concentrating on power testing. If over 0.9 then train for strength.
Years from PHV (Peak height velocity)
This is indicating how long it will be until you reach your peak speed of growth.
Age at PHV
The number of years until the athlete will be going through their growth spurt. The calculation is accurate to roughly 6 months therefore it may appear earlier or later than the metric shows. 'On-Time' growth for boys is around 13.5 -14 years old, girl it is 12-12.5 years old. You are considered an 'early' or 'late' developer if your Age at PHV is a year either side of this on-time range.
Standing height
Athletes height, measured in socks/barefoot. The score is in cm
Weight
This was discretely taken during the strength test on our ultra-sensitive force plates. The score is in kg.
Reactions
The time that is taken to extinguish 25 lights in our bespoke reactions test where lights are positioned in a semi-circle around the athlete.
