Data Analysis Symbols and Features

Get to grips with all symbols and buttons to view your data

Highlighted in red are the three symbols you will see on graphs and tables in addition to the Drilling Arrows. 

Funnel

Hovering over the funnel will give you an overview of all the filter settings that are currently applied, if the visual isn't showing you what you were expecting to see then check here to have a look at the filters in operation. 

Focus Mode

Clicking focus mode will enlarge one graph/chart to fill the screen, the drilling arrows move to the far top-right. To return to the normal view, click 'back to report' above the Y-Axis. 

Three Horizontal Dots

Clicking this brings up a sub-menu of additional features. You can export the data to an excel sheet should you want to perform any extra analyses yourself. 

Show as a table

This moves the visual to a full-screen and adds a table of raw values beneath the visual. 

Spotlight

Fades out other visuals to make a single visual clearer to view. 

Sorting

You can change the sort by name or value and switch between a-z for name and high-low for value sorts.
